We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain & WMS Solution Architect with over 11 years of extensive experience to drive transformative initiatives across India.

Serve as a subject matter expert for all warehouse operations, from inbound logistics to returns management. Lead comprehensive WMS implementation, upgrade, and transformation projects. Develop innovative solutions on leading platforms like Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or Körber. Facilitate client workshops, meticulously gather requirements, assess solutions, and present findings to stakeholders.

Contribute to presales efforts by responding to RFPs/RFIs, designing robust solutions, and developing compelling proposals. Apply advanced techniques such as Discrete Event Simulation (DES) and AI/ML for optimizing warehouse functions, forecasting, and labor planning. Spearhead the integration of WMS with essential systems including ERP, TMS, WCS, robotics, and other warehouse automation technologies. Develop and maintain reusable accelerators, best practices, and frameworks to enhance supply chain capabilities.

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Consulting, Warehouse Operations, or WMS implementation is essential. Demonstrable expertise in at least one major enterprise WMS platform (Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or Körber) is required. A profound understanding of core warehouse processes, inventory control, labor efficiency, slotting strategies, and key operational performance indicators is crucial.

Experience applying Discrete Event Simulation (DES) and AI/ML within supply chain and warehouse management contexts is necessary. Strong client-facing abilities, consulting acumen, adept stakeholder management, and effective workshop facilitation skills are vital. Prior experience in presales, solution architecture, proposal creation, and design is expected. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), TMS, WCS, robotics, and warehouse automation ecosystems is a plus.

Candidates with experience in IT/OT integration, exposure to AGVs, robotic picking, conveyor systems, PLCs, and SCADA are encouraged to apply. Proven ability in creating supply chain accelerators, frameworks, and thought leadership assets, along with domain exposure to Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Products, or Logistics sectors, would be highly advantageous.
