Lead the end-to-end execution and continuous improvement of supply chain operations for Google Distributed Cloud (GDC). Cultivate and manage robust relationships with global System Integrators and hardware vendors to guarantee timely, high-quality deliveries at scale.
Collaborate closely with vendor partners to uphold manufacturing quality standards and production timelines, proactively addressing any identified issues or bottlenecks. Work with stakeholders to develop and implement secure supply chain and logistics frameworks, ensuring strict adherence to all applicable regulations and industry standards.
Effectively prioritize and manage the fulfillment request backlog, guaranteeing prompt delivery of GDC solutions while consistently meeting customer commitments and key internal performance indicators. Oversee site readiness assessments, manage hardware shipment acceptance, and coordinate the deployment of hardware and software components to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Design and implement advanced AI agents and automated workflows to transform manual supply chain processes into scalable, system-driven operations.
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is required, or equivalent practical experience will be considered. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in supply chain operations, program management, or manufacturing within the technology sector, specifically focusing on servers, storage, networking equipment, and rack system integration, is essential.
Demonstrated proficiency in supply chain logistics, compliance, and fulfillment processes is expected. The ability to apply AI concepts within a business operations context to enhance organizational efficiency is highly valued. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for quickly identifying and resolving complex issues, are crucial.
