Engage with project teams and clients to deliver analysis-driven supply chain design and optimization recommendations. Key tasks involve data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), developing supply chain optimization models and digital twins, executing and evaluating various supply chain scenarios, and performing data analytics using reports, visualizations, and dashboards. You will analyze input data and model outputs to derive actionable insights.

Specific duties include understanding client industries and supply chain challenges, gathering and transforming data, identifying and resolving data issues, and utilizing tools like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, KNIME, or Alteryx for data analysis and visualization. You will also design and build optimization models using platforms such as Optilogic, Coupa, or Blue Yonder, and develop comprehensive reports and client presentation materials. Furthermore, you'll contribute to enhancing NTT DATA's consulting methodologies and fostering strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's, MBA, or Master's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering. Demonstrated expertise in data analytics using tools like SQL, Excel, Alteryx, R, SPSS, and Python, along with proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, is essential.

Hands-on experience with supply chain optimization platforms like Optilogic, Coupa, or Blue Yonder is highly preferred. We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience supporting supply chain initiatives, including network optimization and planning. Strong skills in managing and analyzing large datasets with relational databases are beneficial. The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality work within deadlines is crucial.
