Lead comprehensive supply chain design and optimization projects from inception to completion, ensuring superior quality and timely delivery. Define clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with clients and internal teams. Effectively manage project timelines, resources, risks, and budgets across international landscapes.

Serve as the main liaison for client leadership, cultivating strong and trusted partnerships. Conduct engaging workshops, present insightful findings, and guide clients through the seamless adoption of recommended solutions. Translate intricate analytical outcomes into practical, impactful business recommendations.

Provide expert oversight for data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), model development, scenario analysis, and visualization processes. Guide consultants in leveraging tools such as Tableau, Power BI, KNIME, SQL, Alteryx, and advanced supply chain modeling platforms like Optilogic and LLamasoft. Uphold the highest standards of analytical integrity and quality across all project outputs.

Mentor and develop junior consultants and analysts, supporting their skill enhancement and career progression. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing across project teams.

Contribute to the advancement of methodologies, the development of new tools, and the generation of thought leadership through blogs and whitepapers. Support business development efforts by crafting compelling proposals and delivering impactful client presentations.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a closely related discipline is required.

We are seeking candidates with 5 to 7 years of dedicated experience in supply chain consulting, with a pronounced emphasis on network design, inventory optimization, and digital twin modeling. Proven success in managing client-facing projects and leading cross-functional teams is essential.

Proficiency in a suite of analytical tools is crucial, including Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, Alteryx, and KNIME. Familiarity with supply chain modeling platforms such as Optilogic, LLamasoft, ToolsGroup, River Logic, or comparable solutions is expected.

Exceptional communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are paramount. The ability to articulate complex supply chain analytics into clear, actionable business recommendations is key. A strong commercial mindset, with a proven capacity to identify and champion new consulting opportunities, is highly valued.
