Lead comprehensive procurement transformation initiatives, from current-state assessments to future-state process design across category management, sourcing, supplier engagement, contracting, purchasing, and invoice processing.

Develop strategic roadmaps, operating models, business cases, governance frameworks, and value realization plans. Facilitate workshops to translate business challenges into actionable process, data, technology, and organizational requirements.

Drive digital procurement implementations and AI-enabled solution design, identifying and prioritizing use cases for Generative AI, analytics, and automation across the procurement lifecycle. Partner with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and scale these innovative solutions responsibly.

Oversee program management activities, including scope, planning, governance, risk management, and executive reporting. Support proposal development, thought leadership, and the creation of reusable procurement accelerators.

Coach and mentor consultants, fostering consistent delivery quality and building a strong talent pool in digital procurement. Drive continuous learning and upskilling through development plans and knowledge sharing sessions.

A minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience is required in procurement consulting, Source-to-Pay transformation, digital procurement, or procurement technology implementation.

Possess strong functional expertise in category management, sourcing, contracting, supplier relationship management, purchasing, invoicing, and procurement operating models. Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end procurement technology implementations or comparable complex transformation programs is essential.

Key capabilities include excellent workshop facilitation, program management, problem-solving, commercial acumen, and executive communication skills. Hands-on experience with leading S2P platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, GEP, or similar is highly desirable.

Familiarity with ERP integrations, data migration, testing methodologies, and change management principles is expected. Practical exposure to AI, advanced analytics, or digitally enabled procurement use cases is preferred.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Finance, Technology, or a related field is required. Relevant platform certifications are a plus.
