Lead the future of intelligent supply chains as an Agentic AI Lead at Capgemini. This pivotal role focuses on pioneering next-generation autonomous supply chain solutions using AI agents and Generative AI. You will shape AI-driven transformation strategies designed to enhance agility, resilience, and deliver tangible business outcomes, moving beyond simple automation to self-orchestrating supply chains.
This position is at the confluence of Supply Chain Management, AI Strategy, and Digital Transformation. It represents a significant growth area within our organization, offering an opportunity to make a substantial impact.
Define and execute the Agentic AI vision and roadmap for supply chain transformations. Identify and prioritize impactful use cases such as autonomous planning and intelligent order management, aligning AI strategies with key business objectives like cost reduction and improved service levels. Champion the adoption of GenAI, AI agents, and decision intelligence across all client engagements.
Design comprehensive agent-based supply chain architectures covering planning and execution phases. Establish interaction models between AI agents, human stakeholders, and enterprise systems. Integrate advanced AI capabilities with existing ERP and supply chain platforms. Develop scalable frameworks for data, models, and governance to support AI solution development and deployment.
A proven AI expert is needed to lead the development of AI/GenAI/Agentic AI use cases within supply chain contexts. Experience with GenAI/LLMs, AI/ML models for forecasting and optimization, and Agentic frameworks is essential. Familiarity with platforms like SAP AI, Microsoft AI stack, Databricks, AWS/GCP AI, and SCP tools (Kinaxis, o9, etc.) is required. A strong understanding of data architecture and analytics is crucial.
Extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain management, including planning, inventory, logistics, and order-to-cash processes, is vital. Deep insights into supply chain challenges and transformation opportunities are a significant advantage. The ability to analyze operational data and financial information to develop business cases is key. A Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 engineering college is preferred, with an MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics being a plus. A minimum of 14 years of experience in supply chain consulting or operations with a track record in digital/AI transformation is necessary. Industry experience in FMCG, CPG, Retail, or Manufacturing is required, with multinational exposure being preferred.
