Capgemini seeks a visionary Supply Chain AI Lead specializing in Procurement to drive significant organizational growth. This pivotal role will spearhead the transformation of procurement functions by integrating Agentic AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation. You will shape the future of autonomous, data-driven procurement across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle, enhancing sourcing strategies, supplier partnerships, risk management, and cost efficiencies.

Define and implement a compelling Agentic AI vision and roadmap for procurement transformation. Identify and champion high-impact use cases, including autonomous sourcing, intelligent supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle automation, and spend compliance monitoring. Ensure AI strategy directly supports business goals such as cost reduction, supply chain resilience, and working capital optimization.

Architect end-to-end, agent-based procurement solutions for strategic sourcing, supplier collaboration, contract management, and procure-to-pay operations. Design seamless interactions between AI agents, procurement professionals, and enterprise systems. Integrate advanced AI capabilities with leading ERP and procurement platforms, including SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Coupa, and Jaggaer. Establish robust frameworks for data, models, and governance to support AI development and deployment.

A proven track record of at least 14 years in procurement transformation, consulting, or digital transformation, with demonstrable success in AI/analytics-led initiatives. Expertise in FMCG/CPG/Retail/Manufacturing industries is highly valued, with multinational exposure being a significant advantage.

Deep technical proficiency in GenAI/LLMs, AI/ML for spend analytics and supplier risk, and agentic AI frameworks is essential. Familiarity with platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, and cloud AI ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks) is required. A strong grasp of data architecture, governance, and analytics, coupled with functional expertise in Source-to-Pay processes and procurement KPIs, is critical.

Excellent analytical skills to interpret operational data, financial information, and develop compelling business cases are needed. A Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 engineering college is preferred, with an MBA in Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics or Engineering being advantageous. Relevant Agentic AI certifications or procurement/analytics/AI certifications are a plus.
