Oversee daily activities for business support, technical, or production teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and directives.

Key duties include maintaining general ledger accounts, performing account reconciliations and analyses, and preparing journal entries in adherence to GAAP.

You will also analyze and prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, and actively participate in the monthly/quarterly close process.

Preparation of documentation for external and internal audits is also a core responsibility.

This position requires a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, and compliance.

A strong understanding of statutory audits, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting requirements is essential.

Candidates must possess solid knowledge of Ind AS, Indian GAAP/US GAAP, Companies Act, and auditing practices, along with a good grasp of internal controls and financial processes.

Proficiency in ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, or Oracle, and advanced Excel skills are required, complemented by proven effective communication and interpersonal skills.
