We champion wellbeing, curiosity, and agility, fostering teams built on inspiration, collaboration, and belonging. If our purpose of building a better working world resonates with you, we'd love to connect.
In this role, you will champion the Talent agenda for a business unit, serving as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and leadership on all talent-related matters. You will drive engagement initiatives, collaborate with the team to provide change leadership, and enhance workforce capability and talent management.
Develop a deep understanding of business unit objectives and talent challenges to ensure successful project and process implementation. Your responsibilities include attracting, assimilating, developing, engaging, and retaining key talent, alongside driving HR initiatives such as Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Talent Transformation, Talent Development, and Reward & Recognition.
You will also support the Strategic Talent Consultant in developing a sustainable engagement framework, provide guidance to leaders on initiative implementation, proactively address business unit needs, and offer insights on people issues, including Employee Relations. Ensuring professional delivery of people management and development activities, executing innovative HR programs, resolving HR issues effectively, and facilitating successful adoption of special projects will be key.

A strong client focus and the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders across the organization at all levels are crucial. Extensive Employee Relations experience, including complex disciplinary, grievance, and performance management activities, particularly with senior leadership, is required.
Developing robust relationships with other Talent Centre of Excellence teams to ensure alignment of central initiatives with business unit needs is important. The ability to navigate ambiguity and build consensus among diverse, global groups will be highly valued.
Qualifications include a desirable graduate or postgraduate degree in Business or Human Resources. You should possess 6-8 years of proven HR generalist experience, including performance management and employee relations, along with relevant experience in delivering and managing talent initiatives. Experience in a consulting or professional services environment, and working in cross-border, virtual settings, would be advantageous.
