The position involves identifying critical risks and service gaps, translating observations into actionable improvements and audit-ready evidence. A key aspect is supporting ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 initiatives through evidence management, issue tracking, and remediation. The ideal candidate will leverage quality acumen, risk judgment, analytical skills, and an AI-savvy mindset to uncover practical automation and AI opportunities in quality, compliance, and risk management.

Monitor and enhance quality, enterprise risk, independence, and sanctions compliance across GDS MENA engagements. Identify process, operational, legal, financial, and data security risks through comprehensive reviews and stakeholder input.

Support ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 audit readiness by coordinating evidence, reviewing documentation, and tracking issue closure. Assess service performance and control effectiveness, recommending improvements to enhance quality and stakeholder experience.

Develop insightful dashboards and reports on quality, risk, audit readiness, and remediation metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor action plans and escalate unresolved issues. Drive the identification and adoption of automation and AI use cases within established risk and security guardrails.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including awareness sessions and process documentation, to foster data-driven service delivery. Maintain essential quality frameworks, service definitions, and governance materials. Perform due diligence on process changes and offshoring activities to ensure risk and quality considerations are addressed.

A university degree, preferably in commerce, business administration, science, engineering, risk management, quality management, or information systems, is required. Possess 6-10 years of professional experience with a strong background in quality, enterprise risk management, independence, sanctions compliance, or service performance.

Demonstrated experience in service management, engagement lifecycle controls, and stakeholder coordination is essential. Proven ability to identify risks, service gaps, and control weaknesses, translating them into practical remediation strategies. Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 audit activities is highly valued.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint is expected. Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is advantageous. An AI-savvy mindset to define practical automation and AI use cases is a significant plus. Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills are critical for translating data into actionable insights.
