GDS ES Strategy & Operations is a dynamic service function comprising dedicated professionals. We offer strategic and operational support to our Enablement Service (ES) functions, partnering with the ES Operating Executive to define and achieve our annual vision and success metrics. Our focus is on driving operational excellence across ES and acting as a trusted business advisor, providing comprehensive assistance to service functions on their operational priorities. We analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with service function leaders, operations managers, and GDS Operations to deliver actionable insights, playing a crucial role in presenting ES performance to GDS and ES committees.

As a Supervising Associate within the GDS ES Strategy and Operations team, you will contribute to administrative, reporting, and project needs for the GDS ES organization, working both independently and collaboratively.

Key responsibilities include: - Partnering with senior leadership for data gathering, analysis, summarization, and visualization for presentations. - Managing stakeholder relationships with regional and functional leaders, coordinating leadership visits, agendas, and liaising with procurement and real estate teams. - Overseeing and tracking regular deliverables for leadership meetings such as AC, BE, GLT, and GMP in conjunction with CLT and leaders. - Leading program or project management for specific initiatives, driving discussions, managing timelines, and milestones. - Utilizing expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for creating dashboards and storyboards. - Supporting strategy formulation, execution, KPI tracking, and reporting. - Leading the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives for GDS ES Service Functions. - Collaborating with various service delivery and support teams to drive business goals. - Continuously monitoring and reporting progress on ES-wide initiatives to stakeholders via infographic dashboards. - Delivering results effectively within existing constraints and challenges.

This role demands exceptional multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills to effectively manage numerous concurrent MIS reporting activities.

Essential skills include strong proficiency in administration and organization, with the ability to manage multiple reports simultaneously, coupled with robust project management and problem-solving capabilities. Analytical thinking is key, alongside the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI is mandatory for creating compelling dashboards and storyboards. You should also be adept at identifying and escalating potential risks to senior leadership, and actively contributing to the development and implementation of mitigation plans.

Interpersonally, excellent analytical and presentation skills are required, alongside strong written and oral communication abilities, and adept stakeholder management.

Flexibility to respond to deadlines and work outside normal hours when necessary is important. You should be comfortable managing multiple concurrent activities and adaptable to a rapidly changing environment, prioritizing accordingly.
