EY is seeking an experienced Supervising Associate for Resource Management to join our Global Delivery Services team. This role is crucial in managing resource fulfillment, optimizing capacity, and ensuring alignment with business priorities. You will act as a key partner to business leaders, driving strategic resource management initiatives and enhancing service delivery excellence.

Manage the end-to-end resource fulfillment process, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Oversee billing and finance operations related to resource deployment, maintaining accuracy and compliance. Lead headcount planning to support organizational growth and efficiency.

Champion strategic Experience Management initiatives to align resource strategies with long-term business goals. Monitor and enhance service levels, turnaround times, and overall stakeholder satisfaction. Forecast demand, plan capacity across various skill sets, and maximize bench utilization for efficient redeployment.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR to align hiring plans with current and future delivery needs. Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for resource performance, utilization, and productivity. Conduct regular performance reviews with delivery leads. Act as a strategic partner to delivery and business leaders, facilitating governance forums and resolving staffing conflicts or skill mismatches.

To excel in this role, you will need hands-on experience in end-to-end resource management, including deployment, forecasting, and scheduling. Proficiency in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential.

Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills are vital. An eye for detail and the ability to demonstrate structured thinking are also important. Candidates should be flexible and willing to adapt to evolving business needs, shifting priorities, and ambiguity.

Required qualifications include a Graduate degree or an MBA in HR, with 12-14 years of overall experience, including at least 8 years in E2E resource management. Exposure to short-term and long-term resource planning is considered an advantage.
