In this strategic role, you will act as a Resource Management Hub Deputy Manager, ensuring seamless end-to-end resource fulfillment aligned with delivery timelines and business priorities. Your responsibilities include overseeing billing and finance operations, managing headcount planning, and championing strategic resource management initiatives. You will also forecast demand, plan capacity, maximize bench utilization, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR. Key tasks involve establishing and tracking performance KPIs, conducting regular reviews, and serving as a strategic partner to business leaders. You will facilitate governance forums, resolve escalations, and maintain accurate data dashboards for informed decision-making.

To excel in this role, you need a Graduate degree or an MBA (preferably in HR) with 12-14 years of overall experience, including at least 8 years in end-to-end resource management, deployment, forecasting, and scheduling. Hands-on experience in resource management is essential, along with proficiency in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills are crucial. While knowledge of data visualization tools is an added advantage, exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail are paramount. Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and shifting priorities is also key.
