Drive end-to-end resource fulfillment, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines and business priorities. Oversee billing and finance operations for resource deployment, maintaining accuracy and compliance. Take ownership of headcount planning to support organizational growth and efficiency.

Champion strategic Experience Management initiatives, linking resource strategy to long-term business goals. Monitor and enhance service levels, turnaround times, and overall stakeholder satisfaction. Forecast demand and plan capacity across various skill sets to optimize bench utilization and redeployment.

Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and HR to synchronize hiring plans with pipeline and delivery requirements. Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for resource performance, utilization, and productivity. Conduct regular performance reviews with delivery leads.

Serve as a strategic partner to delivery and business leaders. Facilitate governance forums to review resource allocation, pipeline, and performance metrics. Proactively resolve escalations concerning staffing conflicts, skill mismatches, or delivery risks. Maintain accurate data dashboards and reports for resource availability, utilization, and forecasting, leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making and identifying improvement areas.

A Graduate or MBA (HR) with 12-14 years of overall experience is required, including 8+ years focused on End-to-End resource management, deployment, forecasting, and scheduling concepts.

Proficiency in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential. While not mandatory, knowledge of Data Visualization tools would be a significant advantage.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills are paramount. You must demonstrate strong organizational abilities, structured thinking, and excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. An eye for detail is crucial for success in this role.
