Our GDS network spans ten locations worldwide, with over 80,000 professionals dedicated to client service and enablement. We offer a broad spectrum of services, from Consulting and Assurance to Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support, empowering client account teams globally. Our Enablement Services specifically focus on providing specialized support across various functions, including Markets, Finance, Risk Management, Procurement, and IT.

As a key member of the Resource Management Hub, you will act as the Deputy Manager, delivering consistent, high-quality services to individual stakeholders. Your responsibilities will encompass end-to-end resource fulfillment, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.

You will oversee billing and finance operations related to resource deployment, maintain accuracy, and ensure compliance. A critical aspect of this role is owning headcount planning to support organizational growth and enhance efficiency. You will also champion and lead Strategic Experience Management initiatives, aligning resource strategy with long-term business goals. Continuous monitoring and improvement of service levels, turnaround times, and stakeholder satisfaction are paramount.

This role requires a Graduate or MBA (HR) with 12-14 years of overall experience, including at least 8 years focused on end-to-end resource management, deployment, forecasting, and scheduling. Proficiency in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential, alongside strong organizational, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

We are seeking individuals with demonstrated expertise in resource management and a keen eye for detail. The ability to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change is crucial. While not mandatory, knowledge of data visualization tools and experience with short-term and long-term resource planning would be advantageous.
