As a key member of the Resource Management Hub, you will lead end-to-end resource fulfillment, aligning with delivery timelines and business priorities. This includes overseeing billing and finance operations, managing headcount planning for growth, and championing strategic experience management initiatives. You will also be responsible for forecasting demand, optimizing capacity, enhancing bench utilization, and collaborating with Talent Acquisition and HR. Performance management through KPIs, regular reviews with delivery leads, and proactive resolution of staffing conflicts are also critical aspects of this role.

To excel in this position, you should possess 12-14 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 8 years in end-to-end resource management, deployment, forecasting, and scheduling. A Graduate degree or an MBA in HR is required, along with proficiency in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential. The ability to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change is crucial. Exposure to short-term and long-term resource planning is considered an added advantage.
