As a Supervising Associate in Resource Management within Global Delivery Services (GDS), you will be instrumental in providing consistent, high-quality services to key business stakeholders. GDS, EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers, plays a vital role in supporting EY's growth agenda with over 80,000 professionals across ten global locations.

Your key responsibilities will encompass end-to-end resource fulfillment, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines and business priorities. This includes overseeing billing and finance operations for resource deployment, owning headcount planning, and championing strategic resource management initiatives. You will also monitor and enhance service levels, turnaround times, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for forecasting demand, planning capacity across skill sets, and maximizing bench utilization and redeployment efficiency. Collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HR is crucial for aligning hiring plans with pipeline needs. Performance management involves establishing and tracking KPIs, and conducting regular reviews with delivery leads.

You will act as a strategic partner to delivery and business leaders, facilitate governance forums, and resolve escalations related to staffing conflicts. Maintaining accurate dashboards and reports on resource availability, utilization, and forecasting, and using data-driven insights for decision-making, are also key aspects of this role.

To excel in this role, you need hands-on experience in end-to-end resource management and proficiency in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge in data visualization tools is considered an advantage.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills are essential, complemented by strong organizational abilities and structured thinking. Demonstrating robust interpersonal and analytical skills, along with a keen eye for detail, is vital. Flexibility to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change is expected.

Candidates must possess a Graduate degree or an MBA (preferably in HR) with 12-14 years of overall experience, including at least 8 years in end-to-end resource management, deployment, forecasting, and scheduling concepts. Exposure to short-term and long-term resource planning would be beneficial.
