Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) India team as a Regional CSR Lead based in NCR. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing large-scale volunteering initiatives and driving impactful local social programs. You will be instrumental in aligning these efforts with EY Ripples focus areas and GDS Corporate Responsibility strategies, fostering a strong culture of volunteering across the region. Collaboration with business leaders, champion volunteers, and local NGOs will be key to maximizing social impact and creating a better working world.

This role involves designing and delivering impactful employee volunteering programs, developing strategic social initiatives with community partners, and mobilizing volunteers across diverse business teams. You will build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to enhance volunteering participation. Responsibilities also include managing nonprofit partnerships, collaborating across functions for seamless program execution, and representing the organization in key community engagement forums. Program management will encompass planning, budgeting, governance, reporting, and measuring outcomes and impact.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Development Studies, Communications, Public Policy, or Business. The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of experience in corporate volunteering, CSR, nonprofit partnerships, or social impact roles. Essential skills include strong program and project management capabilities for large-scale initiatives, a solid understanding of CSR and community engagement, excellent stakeholder management, and exceptional communication and presentation abilities. The ability to thrive in dynamic environments and solve complex problems is also crucial.
