Join EY as a Supervising Associate FP&A, playing a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and decision support for EY's Global Information Technology function. This strategic business partner position supports the Associate Director, EY Technology Finance, driving financial direction for IT globalization and action plan execution on a global scale.

This role is pivotal for consolidating EY Technology's overall financials, tracking IT project costs, and overseeing planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities. Contribute to building a better working world by shaping the future with confidence through data, AI, and advanced technology.

Your responsibilities will include consolidating global planning, budgeting, and forecasting for EY Technology groups, ensuring timely action item follow-up. You will provide critical financial insights for decision-making, identify operational and financial variances, and collaborate with Business Aligned CFOs on analyses and mitigation plans.

Drive financial operational excellence for IT costs, enhance transparency of IT expenditures by working with geography analysts, and participate in Global Finance workstream initiatives. Foster knowledge sharing, promote leading practices, and ensure effective teaming and utilization of Shared Services resources.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and ideally an MBA or CPA. Proficiency in Business Objects, GftFR, Hyperion SmartView, Essbase, SQL query, and advanced Excel is essential. Experience with SAP and in a globally deployed accounting organization is advantageous.

This role requires at least 5 years of experience in finance processes and policies, with a strong preference for managing consolidation functions within a technology environment. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills are vital, alongside excellent written and oral communication in English.
