Key responsibilities include consolidating global planning, budgeting, and forecasting for EY Technology, with a strong emphasis on tracking and ensuring timely completion of action items. You will provide crucial financial input for decision-making, identifying and analyzing significant financial variances across teams. Collaborate with Business Aligned CFOs to develop and implement mitigating action plans. Drive financial operational excellence for IT costs, work with geography analysts for enhanced transparency into IT spend, and participate in global finance initiatives.

Foster knowledge sharing and best practices, promoting effective teaming and optimal utilization of Shared Services resources. Support the development and implementation of financial visibility tools to meet diverse business requirements within the broader EY Technology Finance team.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with an MBA or CPA being a desirable asset. Essential technical skills include proficiency in Business Objects, GftFR, Hyperion SmartView, Essbase, SQL querying, and advanced Excel. Experience with SAP and working within a globally deployed accounting organization is preferred.

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in finance processes and policies, with a strong preference for prior experience managing consolidation functions, particularly within a technology environment. Additional strengths include a deep understanding of IT Finance, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong time management, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in English.
