As a Supervising Associate in Netting and Settlement, you will lead daily operations, ensuring accurate intercompany balance reconciliation, timely settlements, and robust controls for participating EY member firms. This role blends operational oversight with team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Oversee daily NetPay operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to controls. Manage intercompany invoice reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies. Facilitate document exchange and support member firms in resolving exceptions. Review settlement calculations and confirm payment execution. Maintain operational documentation for transparency and audit readiness. Lead member firm onboarding onto NetPay, explaining requirements and facilitating workshops. Monitor adoption and compliance post-onboarding. Provide team direction, allocate tasks, and review output for quality. Coach team members to enhance technical and stakeholder management skills. Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment. Act as the primary contact for member firms and stakeholders regarding NetPay. Manage escalations and conduct root-cause analysis. Drive quality and control culture, identify process improvements, and support standardization and automation efforts. Prepare and review operational reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and EY policies.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess relevant experience in intercompany accounting, AP/AR, financial accounting, netting, settlement, or treasury operations. Proven experience in coordinating or supervising a team, including work allocation, quality review, and coaching, is essential. Experience managing cross-functional and international stakeholders, adept at handling escalations and competing priorities, is necessary. Familiarity with ERP and accounting systems, with SAP experience being a plus, is important. A strong grasp of reconciliations, transaction matching, exception management, payment flows, and financial controls is expected. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to analyze operational data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable process improvements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to articulate complex issues and drive actions to completion. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a global, cross-cultural team is crucial.
