Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) as an Account Manager and play a crucial role in driving global account activation strategies. You will collaborate closely with account leadership, Global Client Service Partners (GCSP), and Client Executives (CE) to enhance account management excellence, manage sales and programs, and oversee account communications.

This role is vital for ensuring all EY service lines and geographies are engaged with our global accounts, delivering exceptional client service in every interaction. You will be positioned in a non-client proximate location, supporting the account team effectively.

Key responsibilities include implementing global account activation strategies, co-developing account plans, and driving their execution. You will support service line planning, conduct account maturity assessments, and prepare materials for account team meetings. Tracking account actions, understanding client business agendas, and leveraging the EY network are essential.

The role also involves managing the account onboarding process, driving the Assessment of Service Quality (ASQ) process, and acting as a project manager for account-specific initiatives. Financial review and monitoring of operational metrics, along with support for special projects, are also key duties.

This position requires significant experience in sales and program management, including managing annual revenue planning and the Client Relationship Management (CRM) process. You will develop and manage the account relationship strategy, client pipeline, and coordinate pursuit processes. Identifying EY thought leadership for clients and creating/maintaining account marketing materials are also important aspects.

Exceptional candidates will possess strong project management skills, with experience in building and managing project plans. Proficiency in presentation and data analysis using tools like Excel is necessary.
