This position is instrumental in managing the complete contract lifecycle, facilitating supplier onboarding and governance, and ensuring strict adherence to all contractual, regulatory, and risk management mandates. You will act as a vital link between business units, Procurement, Risk, Finance, and external suppliers. Your efforts will drive operational excellence through strong governance frameworks, optimized processes, insightful reporting, and a commitment to ongoing improvement. The goal is to ensure all third-party engagements are handled with efficiency, risks are effectively managed, and supplier relationships deliver lasting value and strategic business results.

Manage contract and supplier governance inquiries, coordinating contract requests through to completion. Draft, meticulously review, negotiate, and administer supplier contracts, ensuring full compliance with procurement and governance standards. Oversee the contract execution process, including securing necessary approvals, managing DocuSign workflows, and maintaining a comprehensive repository of executed agreements. Uphold contract repositories, lifecycle tracking systems, renewal schedules, and ensure documentation is audit-ready at all times. Provide essential support for supplier onboarding, vendor enablement initiatives, and critical supplier due diligence processes. Administer supplier governance programs, manage MSA renewals, conduct performance reviews, and ensure compliance with all obligations. Enforce adherence to risk, compliance, and third-party governance frameworks, proactively escalating any identified issues. Assist with procurement and sourcing activities, including supplier evaluations and obtaining governance approvals. Develop and present management reports, insightful dashboards, and performance analytics related to contracts, suppliers, compliance, and key metrics. Coordinate audit reviews, manage remediation activities, oversee invoice governance, and resolve payment-related challenges. Champion process improvements, automation efforts, stakeholder training programs, and continuously enhance contract management practices, including Ariba supply chain management.

We are seeking professionals with 6-8 years of experience in the professional services industry. A graduate or post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Information and Data Science, or a related field is required. You should possess a robust understanding of data analytics principles and best practices for solution development, with demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Power Platform. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are essential, enabling effective teamwork across diverse, cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills are needed to interpret data and present findings clearly.

Ideal candidates will have expertise in Power BI and other Microsoft Power Platform tools like PowerApps and Power Automate, enabling the design and maintenance of sophisticated data solutions.
