This role is central to providing technical expertise and implementing innovative reporting solutions for our clients, leveraging your 3-8 years of specialized experience. We offer a diverse range of services, including consulting, assurance, tax, and strategy, with Enablement Services focusing on innovative solutions for various business functions.

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead technical teams in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics implementation and managed services projects. This includes facilitating workshops to define requirements, developing key project deliverables like functional specifications and test scripts, and acting as a liaison between onshore and offshore teams.

You will oversee project planning, track progress, and mentor team members to ensure high-quality outputs. Regular communication with managers and stakeholders is essential, along with engaging customer representatives and demonstrating flexibility for client travel. Your role will be crucial in driving successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.

This role requires 3-8 years of direct experience in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics: Reporting, including at least two full-cycle implementations and a relevant SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics: Reporting certification. Proficiency with all SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools, a strong understanding of modules like Employee Central or Compensation, and familiarity with standard reports are essential.

Expertise in the Story reporting tool and its enablement is highly valued. Experience in both onshore and offshore settings, contribution to RFPs for reporting solutions, and a BE/BTech/MCA degree are also required. Preferred qualifications include strong SAP SuccessFactors domain experience, SAC Analytics & Planning experience, integration best practices knowledge, and excellent business communication and leadership skills.
