Take complete ownership of the SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management module, from initial requirement gathering and workbook preparation through configuration, iterations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production go-live.

Key responsibilities include implementing and managing complete Goal Management processes, configuring the PM V12 Acceleration Form, and deploying the extended Calibration module. You will also be responsible for configuring client-specific Rating Scales and Route Maps (Workflows), and suggesting effective workarounds for system limitations within the Performance Management module.

Additionally, you will handle the updating of Competencies/WACA, perform mass uploads for the goal library, and manage job code mapping. Creating Ad-Hoc Reports as per client requirements and configuring Role-Based Permissions are also critical aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates with 3 to 8 years of specialized experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, holding a relevant certification. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech), Computer Applications (BCA), or an MBA, coupled with substantial industry experience, is required.

Essential qualifications include successfully completing at least two end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations and holding a certification in 'Intro to Mastery' or the 'SF HCM Academy'. While certification in SF Performance and Goal Management mastery is desirable, prior experience in pre-sales activities and client demonstrations for the SuccessFactors product will be considered a significant advantage.
