As a trusted advisor, you will align client onboarding strategies with SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 capabilities and industry best practices. Your responsibilities include providing thought leadership on modern recruiting and digital adoption, developing business blueprints, configuring onboarding programs, tasks, and data collection. You will manage end-to-end implementation, integration with other modules, and client-facing roles. Experience with crossboarding, offboarding, and rehire processes is essential, alongside configuring custom forms, business rules, and workflows.

We seek a seasoned professional with 3-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, holding mandatory certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and Employee Central Core. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are vital, alongside strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Prior experience leading cross-functional implementation projects, preferably in a consulting setting, is highly valued. Familiarity with compliance forms, custom forms, business rules, MDF objects, workflows, and SAP Joule for SuccessFactors is required. Knowledge of RCM, RMK, and SmartRecruiters is advantageous.
