As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant, you will lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of the LMS based on client business needs. This involves conducting workshops to gather requirements, translating them into functional and system solutions, and managing integrations with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and external systems. You will also develop essential project documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials. Key responsibilities include providing post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues, performing root-cause analysis, and collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams for seamless end-to-end learning solutions.

Ideal candidates possess 3-8 years of direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). Essential hands-on skills include LMS configuration, administration, and managing learning assignments, curricula, items, classes, user profiles, notifications, reporting, security roles, and integrations. While not strictly mandatory, experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and a grasp of overall HR processes are highly beneficial.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, client communication, and stakeholder management skills are paramount. An SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification is preferred. The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and maintain a customer-focused approach is vital. Cultural sensitivity is also important for successful integration into our multinational project environment.
