We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong background in Employee Central (EC), Time Management, and Global Benefits implementations. This role requires end-to-end implementation expertise, robust configuration skills, and the ability to manage project activities autonomously.

Our team of over 80,000 professionals across ten global locations supports client service needs in Consulting, Assurance, Tax, and Strategy & Transactions. We also offer innovative enablement services in areas like Markets, Finance, IT Service Delivery, and more.

Lead and execute comprehensive SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations from start to finish. Configure and support Employee Central, Time Management, and Global Benefits modules, aligning solutions with business needs. Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and develop detailed solution designs. Implement Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, RBP, Position Management, and Employee Data Models.

Configure Time Management components such as Time Off, Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, and Leave of Absence. Manage Global Benefits programs, including enrolments and eligibility rules. Conduct system testing, support UAT, resolve defects, and oversee deployment. Manage data migration activities and validate data integrity. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, HR, integration teams, and project leadership. Provide expert recommendations and guidance on best practices. Independently manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and client communications. Support post-go-live activities and hypercare.

A minimum of 8-9 years of dedicated SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience is essential. Candidates should possess at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementation experiences in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Hands-on expertise in Employee Central (EC), Time Management (Time Off/Time Tracking), and Global Benefits is required.

Strong knowledge of core SuccessFactors components is vital, including Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Position Management, Data Models, Picklists, and Alerts & Notifications. Experience with data migration, imports, and reporting is necessary. Proficiency in stakeholder management and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and manage project workstreams with minimal supervision, is critical for success in this role.
