This role involves coordinating a team of configuration specialists and taking full ownership of project delivery from inception to support. You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers, QA, and Support teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Lead and mentor consultants through complex project lifecycles, serving as the primary point of contact for Employee Central projects. You will oversee all project phases, from discovery to deployment and ongoing support.

Responsibilities include managing and mentoring project teams, developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into system specifications. Advise clients on best practices and design comprehensive Employee Central solutions, including configuration of organizational management, employee data, workflows, business rules, and security settings.

We are seeking individuals with 10+ years in application services or client relationship management within technology, and at least 5 years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or similar HRIS solutions.

A strong understanding of global HR processes, data models, and compliance requirements is essential. Hands-on experience with Employee Central configuration, business rules, workflows, and integrations is critical. Fluency in English and a willingness for international travel are also required. A degree in Computer Science, a business-related degree, or equivalent work experience is necessary.
