We're seeking a SuccessFactors Config Lead specializing in Role-Based Permissions (RBP) to drive application delivery end-to-end. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and maintaining complex SAP SuccessFactors RBP models. Your expertise will ensure robust security and access control across various SuccessFactors modules, supporting project success and client satisfaction.

This position requires a leader who can exemplify EY's core competencies, fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment. You will guide business analysts and other team members, setting a high standard for performance and professional conduct.

Lead the end-to-end delivery of SuccessFactors RBP configurations, collaborating closely with Project Managers, QA, and Support teams.

Design, implement, and maintain sophisticated Role-Based Permission (RBP) models within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Configure dynamic permission groups using various employee data attributes, including location, department, job classification, and custom MDF objects.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex RBP issues, performing root-cause analysis for permission conflicts and access discrepancies.

Support security design for SuccessFactors releases, including preview testing and post-release validation.

Validate and secure SuccessFactors integrations with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SAP IDM, and third-party systems.

Translate detailed requirements and architectural designs into comprehensive technical specifications.

Proactively identify and resolve potential project issues, developing and implementing effective solutions.

A degree in Computer Science, a business-related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in application services or client/supplier relationship management within a technology setting.

Proven experience working on complex SAP RBP rollout projects is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in SAP SuccessFactors RBP across EC, ONB, RCM, LMS, PMGM, and SAP Workzone.

In-depth knowledge of Employee Central (EC) security, including permission roles, groups, and access management.

Hands-on experience with proxy management, dynamic permission groups, and Onboarding 2.0 security.

Proficiency in application security for S4H, Fiori, HANA, and SAP BTP, including authentication and user provisioning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity.

Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills are a must.

SAP Certified RBP and SAP SuccessFactors Platform certifications are required. CISSP or CompTIA Security+ certifications are a plus.
