As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant, you will be instrumental in interpreting designs, developing, and delivering robust compensation, variable pay, and reward programs. Your role involves analyzing and administering company compensation plans to ensure both internal and external equity. You will act as the subject matter expert, collaborating with international clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices. Additionally, you will integrate the Compensation & Variable Pay module with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems, provide essential technical support, and troubleshoot issues.

Key responsibilities include working independently, managing multiple tasks, and meeting project deadlines. You will also be responsible for documenting configurations and processes for knowledge transfer and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and regulations. Demonstrating cultural sensitivity within a multinational project setup is crucial for success.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant with 5-7 years of dedicated experience. A SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay certification is a mandatory requirement for this role. You should possess experience with Performance Management (PM), Goal Management (GM), and Employee Central (EC) consulting within SAP SuccessFactors.
