This role is within the Talent IT Service Delivery team, responsible for global applications in the SAP technology landscape. You will coordinate config resources for SuccessFactors modules and manage end-to-end project delivery in collaboration with project managers, QA, and support teams.

Lead and inspire a team of consultants through complex projects, acting as the primary contact for Compensation initiatives from discovery to support.

Manage and mentor consultants, assigning tasks and offering guidance. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.

Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand business requirements, HR processes, and reporting needs. Translate these into system specifications and design documents. Advise clients on best practices and system adoption.

Design and configure Employee Central solutions, including organizational management, employee data, workflows, business rules, and security settings, leveraging deep SAP SuccessFactors knowledge.

Possess a strong understanding of compensation planning, bonus programs, and employee lifecycle processes. Experience with Employee Central and cross-module integrations is essential.

Key skills include configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules, creating templates, route maps, business rules, workflows, budgets, guidelines, and compensation statements.

Manage annual compensation review cycles and variable pay programs. Configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP), field-based permissions, and approval workflows. Conduct testing, resolve defects, and provide production support. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Requires 10+ years of application services and/or client/supplier relationship management in a technology environment, with at least 5 years implementing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. A degree in Computer Science or a business-related field, or equivalent work experience, is necessary. Fluent English is required, and international travel may be necessary.
