Amazon's Middle Mile Logistics Technology organization is at the forefront of building complex software solutions that streamline package delivery from vendors and fulfillment centers to our customers. Our Product and Tech QA (TAQ) team is dedicated to upholding the quality and automation standards for customer-facing products like Relay for Carriers, Relay for Drivers, and Yard and Gate Tech, ensuring a seamless delivery experience.

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for independently executing P1 new tests within the regression suite each release. You will own end-to-end regression testing for specific project components. Effective collaboration with QA POCs and fellow Device Associates is crucial to drive regression testing and ensure high test execution quality, escalating deviations as needed.

You will also perform automated test executions, analyze failures, and supervise L2 DA automated test runs. Incorporating automated tests into regression scope reviews and ensuring their inclusion for sign-off will be key. Furthermore, you will execute new tests for low-complexity features alongside QAEs, update testing statuses for QA stakeholders, and proactively communicate risks and progress. Identifying and escalating process gaps that impact daily deliverables is also part of this role, alongside providing floor support to L2 DAs.

We are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience in game testing. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE, B.Tech), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), MSc in Information Technology (IT), or a general graduate degree, preferably in a quantitative field with 1-2 years of relevant experience, is required. Strong judgment and the ability to consistently make sound decisions are essential.

Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with basic automation scripting and the ability to comprehend simple code structures.
