This role focuses on leading the successful implementation and ongoing improvement of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions within large organizations. The objective is to drive efficiency and strategic alignment through robust SPM practices.

Spearhead the complete lifecycle of SPM solution deployment and enhancements. This involves designing, configuring, and fine-tuning key SPM processes such as Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Investment Planning, Resource & Capacity Management, Agile Program Management, and Project & Run Operations Tracking. A critical aspect is integrating run-work tracking with investment initiatives to create a cohesive view of operational and financial performance.
