We are seeking a skilled Subcontractor specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay to join our team. This role involves configuring, supporting, and optimizing these critical HR modules.

You will play a key role in managing compensation cycles and ensuring seamless integration across the SuccessFactors suite.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in end-to-end implementations and global support, coupled with a strong understanding of compensation strategies and employee lifecycle processes.

Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules. Create and manage compensation templates, business rules, workflows, and compensation statements. Oversee annual compensation review cycles and variable pay programs. Implement Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and approval workflows. Provide testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Support integrations between SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central.

A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay. Proven experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end implementation projects and global support. Solid understanding of compensation planning, bonus programs, and employee lifecycle. Familiarity with Employee Central and cross-module integrations. SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay certifications are essential. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
