Seeking an experienced Subcontractor specializing in SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Compensation and Variable Pay modules. This role is crucial for configuring, supporting, and implementing compensation strategies within our organization.

Bring your expertise to manage complex compensation processes, drive annual review cycles, and ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules. You will be instrumental in delivering effective solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.

This involves creating and maintaining compensation templates, route maps, business rules, workflows, budgets, guidelines, and compensation statements. You will also manage annual compensation review cycles and variable pay programs, alongside configuring Role-Based Permissions (RBP), field-based permissions, and approval workflows.

Furthermore, the role requires performing testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support integrations across SuccessFactors modules and Employee Central.

A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay is essential.

Candidates should have participated in at least 2-3 end-to-end implementation projects and global support engagements. A strong understanding of compensation planning, bonus programs, and employee lifecycle processes is required, along with experience in Employee Central and cross-module integrations.

This is an onsite position located at the Birlasoft Office in Bengaluru, India.
