Seeking an experienced SAP FICO Subcontractor to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation projects.

This role involves comprehensive project lifecycle management, from initial business requirement gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care support.

You will collaborate closely with finance leadership and key users to deliver robust SAP solutions.

Spearhead SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, including business requirement gathering and solution design.

Conduct Blueprint and Fit-Gap workshops with stakeholders.

Configure SAP FI modules such as General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Taxation, ensuring seamless integration with MM and SD.

Prepare Functional Specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements.

Drive SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.

Resolve complex cross-functional issues within P2P, O2C, and R2R processes.

Support month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and finance process optimization.

Proven experience in leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.

Expertise in configuring SAP FI modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Taxation.

Strong understanding of integration points with MM and SD.

Familiarity with P2P, O2C, and R2R business processes and their SAP solutions.

Ability to prepare Functional Specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers.

Experience in driving SIT, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization.

Proficiency in building system and custom code logic for costing issues is essential.

Excellent collaboration skills with finance leadership, project managers, and key users.
