Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead network and infrastructure initiatives during mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise integrations. This role involves comprehensive end-to-end planning and execution across global operations, encompassing network transitions, site setup and decommissioning, infrastructure enhancements, security implementations, cutover procedures, and seamless operational handover. The focus aligns with ongoing integration efforts in global site migrations, network consolidation, RE-IP strategies, WAN optimization, segmentation, zero trust architectures, and identity management.
This is a crucial role for driving successful integration outcomes, ensuring minimal disruption, and optimizing network and infrastructure performance throughout complex organizational changes.
Key duties include developing detailed integrated project and cutover plans, diligently managing scope, timelines, interdependencies, risks, and budgets. You will coordinate effectively with network and security engineers, infrastructure teams, workplace services, application specialists, vendors, and acquired company stakeholders. This involves driving critical activities such as LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall configuration, routing/switching, server deployment, and overall site readiness. Oversight of testing phases, go/no-go decisions, and smooth transitions to operational teams are essential. Providing clear and concise executive status reports is also a primary function.
Candidates should possess 7–10+ years of experience in technical infrastructure project management, with a solid understanding of enterprise networking and infrastructure environments. Proven experience managing complex acquisition, integration, or migration programs is essential. Proficiency with project management tools such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Jira/Azure DevOps, or MS Project is required. A PMP or comparable certification is highly preferred. Familiarity with current integration workstreams, including global site migrations, network consolidation, RE-IP, WAN, segmentation/zero trust, and identity dependencies, is advantageous.
