Join our team as a seasoned MuleSoft Administrator and AWS Support Specialist. This role demands a minimum of 8 years of dedicated experience, focusing on the comprehensive management of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and robust AWS infrastructure.

We are looking for an individual adept at handling Kubernetes/Amazon EKS, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, API lifecycle, security protocols, and system observability. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen and excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Collaboration is key; you will work closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.

MuleSoft Administration: - Install, configure, and maintain the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. - Monitor and manage MuleSoft applications, APIs, runtimes, and critical integrations. - Oversee API policies, security measures, authentication, rate limiting, and access controls. - Execute MuleSoft runtime upgrades, apply patches, and manage configuration updates. - Troubleshoot complex issues related to APIs, integrations, connectivity, and authentication.

AWS Support: - Provide comprehensive support for AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, ECR, CloudWatch, and ALB/NLB. - Monitor AWS resources diligently for availability, performance, security posture, and cost optimization. - Manage AWS WAF, Auto Scaling groups, Load Balancers, and critical security configurations. - Support AWS infrastructure upgrades, ongoing maintenance, and configuration management.

This role requires 8 years of professional experience in MuleSoft Administration and AWS Support.

Key Technical Skills: - Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. - Expertise in managing API policies, security, and access controls. - Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch. - Familiarity with Kubernetes/Amazon EKS, Terraform, and CI/CD practices. - Strong understanding of API management, security principles, and system observability. - Experience in monitoring AWS resources for performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
