We are seeking an experienced Subcontractor - JIRA Administrator to manage and optimize our Atlassian suite. This role is crucial for supporting our enterprise-scale Jira and Confluence environments, ensuring seamless operations for our global teams.

Administer and maintain enterprise-level Jira and Confluence platforms.

Provide expert support for Atlassian tools, ensuring high availability and performance.

Collaborate with global, distributed teams to understand and implement their requirements.

Contribute to the enhancement of ITSM and agile delivery processes through effective tool utilization.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, specifically Jira and Confluence.

Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale, enterprise Jira and Confluence environments.

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, ITSM principles, and software delivery processes.

Proven ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.
