Seeking an experienced Subcontractor to enhance our banking connectivity and integration capabilities within the APAC region. This role focuses on designing, building, and supporting crucial financial integrations using Kyriba and Workday platforms.

Design, build, and support bank connectivity solutions for APAC entities, including SWIFT, host-to-host, SFTP, and API-based integrations. Implement and maintain integrations for payment files (e.g., ISO 20022 pain.001), bank statements (e.g., ISO 20022 camt.053/054), and status reporting. Configure and support Kyriba modules for payments, connectivity, statement processing, and reconciliation. Assist with Workday payment processing flows, focusing on payment runs and file generation. Ensure integrations comply with APAC country-specific banking requirements and regulatory constraints. Coordinate with regional banks and internal teams across time zones for onboarding and testing. Monitor daily integration health, troubleshoot failures end-to-end, and conduct root-cause analysis. Support month-end and quarter-end financial activities related to cash positioning and payment stability. Ensure secure transmission and storage of banking files, supporting audit requirements and compliance with internal policies. Lead or contribute to APAC rollout projects, including new bank onboarding and format upgrades. Identify automation opportunities to enhance straight-through processing (STP). Maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including mapping specifications and test scripts.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, banking integrations, payments, or ERP/TMS integration support is essential. Demonstrated hands-on experience with Kyriba, specifically in connectivity, payments, bank statements, formats, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Workday, particularly within a finance or payments context, with Workday Financials exposure being highly desirable. Strong understanding of payment and statement standards, including ISO 20022 (pain.001, pain.002, camt.053/054); familiarity with MT940/942 is a beneficial addition. Experience with integration transport mechanisms and tools such as SFTP, PGP, certificates/keys, APIs, and middleware platforms (e.g., MFT, iPaaS). A proven track record of troubleshooting complex issues across multiple systems using logs, file comparisons, and bank feedback is required. Candidates should possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
