As a key member of multi-cultural teams, you'll contribute to delivering cutting-edge SAP HXM solutions. Your expertise will be vital in shaping how organizations manage their workforce and time-related operations through advanced SuccessFactors functionality.

Lead end-to-end implementations, support, enhancements, and resolution of production issues across SAP SuccessFactors modules. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system design specifications. Provide guidance on system functionality, best practices, and business process improvements for Employee Central. Manage projects to ensure timely delivery and advise on adopting new solutions.

Analyze complex business requirements, configure and enhance role-based permissions, and troubleshoot integration issues. Support ongoing operations, resolve system issues, and optimize SuccessFactors applications. Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Time functions, including time tracking, absence management, and labor activities.

A minimum of 8 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience is required, with a strong emphasis on Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules. Candidates must hold valid SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central (EC) and Time Off. Experience in client interaction, blueprinting, configuration, testing, migration, and support is essential.

Proficiency in analyzing business requirements, developing system designs, and creating training materials is expected. A deep understanding of HR best practices and the technology landscape is crucial. You should be adept at identifying and resolving SAP SuccessFactors integration issues and ensuring data security and compliance through permission configurations.
