Seeking a dedicated Subcontractor to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for designated requisitions. This role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding. You will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless hiring process for various IT roles.

This position requires a strong understanding of IT skill sets and the ability to fulfill both niche and volume hiring needs efficiently. A proactive approach to candidate engagement and stakeholder collaboration is essential for success.

Oversee the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for assigned job requisitions. Source qualified candidates through diverse channels including job portals, professional networks, and referrals. Conduct thorough profile screenings against job descriptions, skill requirements, and budgetary constraints. Coordinate interviews and ensure prompt feedback loops with candidates and hiring teams. Manage offer generation, approvals, and necessary documentation in compliance with company policies. Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, vendor partners, and onboarding specialists. Maintain precise data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure readiness for audits. Monitor pipeline health, track ageing requisitions, and drive closures to meet demand.

Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Proficiency in utilizing multiple sourcing channels and candidate outreach strategies. Familiarity with ATS platforms, with a preference for SuccessFactors. Excellent stakeholder and vendor management capabilities. Strong attention to detail for data accuracy and adherence to processes. Ability to work independently, manage follow-ups, and take ownership of closures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
