Seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Functional Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on configuring the Oracle Field Service application and supporting offshore functional activities.

This position requires a deep understanding of Oracle Field Service functionalities and business processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of our Oracle Field Service solutions.

Key responsibilities include configuring the Oracle Field Service application and business processes.

You will also support onsite consultants with troubleshooting, documenting, and testing all Oracle cloud configurations. Preparing functional design and configuration documentation, participating in fit-gap sessions, and executing configuration and testing activities are also essential duties.

Further tasks involve supporting OFS integrations, developing test scripts and training materials, and assisting with SIT, UAT, and deployment activities. You will also troubleshoot functional issues and support post-go-live stabilization.

This role requires 6-10 years of experience with Oracle Field Service.

While not mandatory, the Oracle Field Service Cloud Implementation Professional certification is preferred. The ability to configure the Oracle Field Service application and its business processes is essential. Strong skills in troubleshooting, documentation, and testing are expected.

Experience with OFS integrations and supporting deployment activities is also necessary. Candidates should be adept at creating functional design documentation and test scripts. Experience in supporting post-go-live stabilization is a plus.
