Collaborate with hiring managers to understand each department's needs and develop appropriate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

Proven expertise in sourcing and attracting top talent from diverse channels, including online job boards, networking events, and social media. Demonstrated experience in managing the full recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and extending job offers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with candidates and internal teams. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a mandatory requirement.
