Seeking a skilled Automation Tester with 2 to 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM to join our team. This role involves ensuring the quality and functionality of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of HR business processes and a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive test strategies. You will be a key contributor to our quality assurance efforts.

Develop and execute both automated and manual test cases for Oracle HCM Cloud applications, focusing on Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits.

Engage in requirement reviews, test case design, thorough defect tracking, and crucial regression testing.

Create and maintain automation scripts, manage test data, and support ongoing test execution cycles to ensure seamless integration and performance.

A minimum of 2 to 4 years of dedicated experience in Oracle HCM testing is required.

Proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts, along with manual testing methodologies.

Familiarity with Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits is essential. Experience with OpKey is a strong advantage.
