Seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with Playwright expertise to join our Testing Services team. This contract role focuses on developing and implementing robust automation solutions.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in building automation frameworks from the ground up and ensuring the quality of complex software applications.

This position is based onsite in Bengaluru, India, and requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.

Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript and Python.

Implement robust UI, API, and end-to-end test automation strategies.

Develop Python-based automation scripts and integrate them into existing test frameworks.

Apply fixture-based test architecture and reusable components, including the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern.

Perform database testing, with a preference for Oracle databases, and validate complex business rules and data integrity across systems.

A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Playwright, TypeScript, and Python is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in creating automation frameworks from scratch is required.

Proficiency in UI, API, and end-to-end test automation is a must.

Experience with AI Chatbots, Conversational AI platforms, or GenAI applications is highly desirable.

Strong SQL and database testing skills, along with exceptional debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting abilities.
