We are seeking a skilled Java Fullstack Lead to design and build scalable enterprise software solutions. This role involves guiding engineering teams across backend, frontend, and cloud layers. A strong background in US Healthcare Insurance or related domains like Medicaid is highly preferred.

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring three days a week in the office. The role is a contractor position, ideal for experienced professionals looking to make a significant impact.

Lead the design and development of robust, scalable enterprise applications.

Guide and mentor engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Implement and maintain multi-tier applications using Java, J2EE, and related frameworks.

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and SOAP-based web services.

Ensure high availability, high performance, and secure coding practices in all delivered solutions.

Participate actively in requirement analysis and architectural discussions.

Possess 6 to 12 years of professional experience in Java full-stack development.

Demonstrate deep expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot.

Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React JS.

Experience with Microservices architecture is essential.

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design principles and analysis skills.

Experience in database design, SQL, and PL/SQL is required.

Familiarity with enterprise security architecture, identity and access management tools, and SSO is beneficial.

Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) is expected.
