Seeking a skilled Subcontractor to join our Testing Services team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks from the ground up.

Key responsibilities include implementing UI, API, and end-to-end test automation using Playwright and Python-based development. You will leverage expertise in fixture-based architectures, reusable components, and the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern.

Ideal candidates will possess strong SQL and database testing skills, with a preference for Oracle. Experience in testing AI Chatbots, Conversational AI, or GenAI applications is highly valued. This role demands the ability to validate complex business rules, data integrity, and handle AI response validation and prompt testing in dynamic environments.

We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting abilities. The capacity to write clean, scalable, and well-documented automation code following best practices is essential. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD integration (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and Agile/Scrum methodologies is crucial for success.

Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with QA, Development, Product, and Business teams. The ability to work independently and manage challenging testing scenarios in fast-paced settings is expected.
