This role focuses on managing key project financial and operational activities within the SAP system. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth project lifecycle from creation and planning through to invoicing and expense billing. The position requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include creating projects in SAP, collecting project documentation, and managing project planning for revenue and cost. You'll also complete commercial requests, handle time log queries, and manage monthly invoicing and unbilled declarations. This role also involves expense and license billing, monitoring month-end activities for SBU projects, and processing invoice cancellations and credit/debit notes.

Proficiency in SAP is essential, alongside a solid understanding of project creation and documentation gathering. You should possess good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and reporting. Experience with billing processes, invoicing, and accounts receivables is required. The ability to liaise effectively with different departments like Accounts and Legal is crucial for success in this role.
